Even though I have not watched much of the show in the last couple years, I love this show so much. I was a huge fan of Degrassi: The Next Generation and it was something that I watched all the time, and learned valuable life lessons. I watched this show back when I was in junior high and loved it so much. I remember when I was in the eighth grade the episode came on where JT gets killed. I was so sad because he was my favorite character from the beginning and seeing Toby step up to that doctor and say JT was his brother made me cry more. He was going to go to Liberty and tell her he loved her and he never got that chance. Oh man I am crying a bit just typing this up. Degrassi was known as the show that went there, and it did. It covered everything you could imagine happening in high school. The episode where Emma was talking to that boy online but it turned out to be an older man pretending to be a young boy.
