I am not if I mentioned it but I am a huge fan of cooking competition shows. I know that I have mentioned previously how much I dislike reality shows and I guess you can consider these kind of shows reality but I love them. I have always liked cooking shows, and when I started watching Hell's Kitchen, and Iron Chef I just fell in love with the competition shows. Food Network Star is on of my all time favorite shows and it is all about finding who the next star will be for the Food Network. Who will get a brand new show on the Network, and who will shine bright enough to get noticed? The judges on this show are three of my favorites; Bobby Flay, Alton Brown, and Giada De Laurentiis. If you don't know about them well I suggest looking them up because they are amazing, and Alton also has a Podcast which I really enjoy listening too.
