Booth and Brennan in Limbo |
Hodgins showed the rich side of him in the episode, when he was explaining the boarding schools and the sailing, and the yacht clubs. It was interesting to see how Hodgins could have been if he wasn't such a good guy or as loved by his parents as he was. He even says so himself in the episode that he could have been just like that, but Angela tells him he is nothing like that and never could be.
The thing that bothered me about this episode was the way everyone was treating Brennan about this gut feeling she had. I understand that they were skeptical because it was Pelant that told her about this Ghost Killer before he died, but still they could have been a tad more supportive. I also didn't like the way she backed down from Cam so easily when she pulled rank on Brennan. It just seems like Brennan has become really soft, but I get that when she became a mother she changed, but still. That was the only thing that bugged me during this episode.
Overall this episode was great, and got me very curious as to who this Ghost Killer is. Brennan believes that she is out there because of what she was told by Pelant, and I am really interested to see how this is going to play out. She thinks that the victim that was sent to her was the Ghost Killer's first victim, and that Trent was killed by the killer as well and didn't commit suicide. It seems to be quite an interesting story arc, but we will see how it plays out.
