Doctor Who: 19 More Days!

Whovians I would like to talk to you today about something that I have encountered a few times, both in real life and online. That topic would of course be the topic of true Whovians. I was sitting on my couch the other day thinking of the first time I watched Doctor Who and I realized that was about six years ago, and it blew my mind. I have been watching this show for six years, and I have gone back and watched the classic episodes as well as all the newer ones. Now there are some people that I know that feel in love with Matt Smith's Doctor (who wouldn't?) and now want nothing to do with the series and never had any real interest in the actual show itself. The actors are great don't get me wrong, but the actual story of show add to that greatness.

I love when more and more people are watching the show, especially since all the Doctor Who related items became available in the US. I was so thrilled about it, but I really dislike having to hear people talking about the show, and when you talk with them they know nothing else about the show other than what Matt Smith did as the Doctor. If you are going to enter this world then you should at least be aware of what you are coming into, and please don't hate on things like someone's favorite Doctor or companion because that is not cool. That is my spiel on the subject, and I would love to know what you all think about it. Thank you for reading.

Keep Dreaming and Scheming!

Ship of the Week? Lizzington

Hello all and welcome to another Ship of the Week. Today we have the concierge of crime Raymond Reddington and FBI agent Elizabeth Keen. In the beginning it sort of seems like they are making it out like Red is Liz's father, but there I can see something else being there too. Especially in recent episode when she has a dream of Red asking her who she really wants, and he is totally checking out her bare legs, as she lay on that bed in that hotel room. Red is such a badass criminal and what makes him even more loveable is the fact that he has emotional damage that drive him to do what he does. He has lost so much, but he also loves a great deal and is very loyal, and expects loyalty in return. I love that about this character and think that James Spader plays Raymond Reddington perfectly. Plus he looks heck of cute in those suits, and hats *swoon.* Liz was married to a man named Tom Keen who we find out rather quickly is a total liar. He was placed in her life because of Redd...

This Week in Port Charles "General Hospital" Update

So I have been catching up on "General Hospital" and let me tell you that it has been a crazy week in Port Charles. Everyone who is a fan of "General Hospital" or soap operas in general know that they always take the most drastic, yet obvious turns in the plot lines. I love all this intense drama, and lives being on the line, and all the baby drama of this show. Dante and Lulu now know that Connie is not really their child, and now Maxie and Spinelli want their child back. Lulu decided that she is going to sue them for custody of Connie. Let's just talk about this story line for a moment shall we? Legally it seems like the favor would land with Maxie and Spinelli since they are the real parents, but if Lulu goes and tells a judge all of the stuff Maxie has done then yeah that could cause some trouble. I really want to see Maxie and Spinelli, even though Dante and Lulu have wanted a baby so badly. Yes, they have bonded with the baby, and have prepared for rai...

Eric Northman and Sookie Stackhouse

Hello world, today the ship is going to be Eric Northman and Sookie Stackhouse from True Blood. Ever since the first season I had liked Eric more than Bill, and I thought his moments with Sookie were so real. Does that make sense? A lot has happened over the years, but when Eric and Sookie were finally a thing, or as close to a thing as they can get I was so happy. Of course it doesn't last long because it is always that never ending 'which man to choose' battle going on in her head. I am still holding out for a bit of hope that they end up together, but probably not. Especially with recent events leaving Eric to catch the sunlight, and since Warlowe is dead the blood that was taken from him is also done for. So Eric is off in another place alone when he comes out butt naked, and sits to read in the sunlight. I really did like this scene for multiple reasons, but it was a great scene because Eric thought he was safe, and that he could do what he wanted but that is not t...
