The Big Bang Theory!

I do not think I have written a post for The Big Bang Theory yet, or if anything in a long time. I love this show but I often forget to put my thoughts about it into type able words. A show about a group a nerds who are science nerds, comic book nerds, pop culture nerds, and essentially any type of nerd rolled into one. Sheldon and Leonard two best friends who are roommates, live across the hall from pretty blonde Penny. Howard who thinks he is a ladies man but just comes off creepy, and Raj who has a hard time even talking to women unless drunk. This was a good group to base a show around and show how they changed, and all the nonsense they got into.

Sheldon Cooper is my favorite character because he is so adorably awkward. He loves trains and has no need for human companionship. Well at least until he meets Amy Farrah Fowler, and she changed him. It was so cute watching their romance go from just having an arrangement to actually being in a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship. Sheldon still has his struggles with the changing relationship, but there are little moments where it shows that he cares for Amy. One of my favorite moments was from the recent season seven, Amy and Sheldon on a train for Valentine's Day and they kiss. They were arguing a bit and Sheldon yells stuff about being romantic and then he says they should kiss because it's romantic so he gives her a peck, but then he goes in again and leans in closer to her. I had the biggest grin on my face during that scene.

Leonard and Penny had a good romance with it's ups and downs, that ultimately led them to being engaged. This throws Sheldon for a loop because Leonard wants to get his own place with Penny, and Sheldon can't handle that. He says he needs to leave and wander so that he can figure out where he is going in life. He jumps on a train and heads off wherever it takes him. Amy is not happy with Leonard to say the least, but they think it is for the best. Season eight starts September 22nd on CBS, and we see what has happened to Sheldon when Amy and Leonard go pick him up at a train station in Arizona. I can't wait for this season, and for more laughs with these guys.

Eric Northman and Sookie Stackhouse

Hello world, today the ship is going to be Eric Northman and Sookie Stackhouse from True Blood. Ever since the first season I had liked Eric more than Bill, and I thought his moments with Sookie were so real. Does that make sense? A lot has happened over the years, but when Eric and Sookie were finally a thing, or as close to a thing as they can get I was so happy. Of course it doesn't last long because it is always that never ending 'which man to choose' battle going on in her head. I am still holding out for a bit of hope that they end up together, but probably not. Especially with recent events leaving Eric to catch the sunlight, and since Warlowe is dead the blood that was taken from him is also done for. So Eric is off in another place alone when he comes out butt naked, and sits to read in the sunlight. I really did like this scene for multiple reasons, but it was a great scene because Eric thought he was safe, and that he could do what he wanted but that is not t...

Ship of the Week? Lizzington

Hello all and welcome to another Ship of the Week. Today we have the concierge of crime Raymond Reddington and FBI agent Elizabeth Keen. In the beginning it sort of seems like they are making it out like Red is Liz's father, but there I can see something else being there too. Especially in recent episode when she has a dream of Red asking her who she really wants, and he is totally checking out her bare legs, as she lay on that bed in that hotel room. Red is such a badass criminal and what makes him even more loveable is the fact that he has emotional damage that drive him to do what he does. He has lost so much, but he also loves a great deal and is very loyal, and expects loyalty in return. I love that about this character and think that James Spader plays Raymond Reddington perfectly. Plus he looks heck of cute in those suits, and hats *swoon.* Liz was married to a man named Tom Keen who we find out rather quickly is a total liar. He was placed in her life because of Redd...
