Know Lupus

There are a lot of illness out there in this world, but Lupus is one that not a lot of people know about. I haven't known anyone personally who has it, or maybe I do and just don't know it. That is the thing about Lupus the people who have it don't look sick. I don't know everything about it, but I have been doing some reading and it really opened my eyes. There are so many people out there, of all races, genders, and age who have Lupus. 

I know there is some what of a joke to it because of House m.d and even I would laugh and say "It's never Lupus.", but the truth is it's a serious thing that people should be aware of. There are people out there who have lived with Lupus for years and years of their lives, and we don't know just what that means. 

If you would just check out this website and do some reading I think it will help raise awareness. Lupus Foundation of America. I have definitely become more aware about Lupus the last couple of months and want to help anyway I can, and I can help by spreading the word out there. Ship of the Week? Lizzington

Hello all and welcome to another Ship of the Week. Today we have the concierge of crime Raymond Reddington and FBI agent Elizabeth Keen. In the beginning it sort of seems like they are making it out like Red is Liz's father, but there I can see something else being there too. Especially in recent episode when she has a dream of Red asking her who she really wants, and he is totally checking out her bare legs, as she lay on that bed in that hotel room. Red is such a badass criminal and what makes him even more loveable is the fact that he has emotional damage that drive him to do what he does. He has lost so much, but he also loves a great deal and is very loyal, and expects loyalty in return. I love that about this character and think that James Spader plays Raymond Reddington perfectly. Plus he looks heck of cute in those suits, and hats *swoon.* Liz was married to a man named Tom Keen who we find out rather quickly is a total liar. He was placed in her life because of Redd...

Eric Northman and Sookie Stackhouse

Hello world, today the ship is going to be Eric Northman and Sookie Stackhouse from True Blood. Ever since the first season I had liked Eric more than Bill, and I thought his moments with Sookie were so real. Does that make sense? A lot has happened over the years, but when Eric and Sookie were finally a thing, or as close to a thing as they can get I was so happy. Of course it doesn't last long because it is always that never ending 'which man to choose' battle going on in her head. I am still holding out for a bit of hope that they end up together, but probably not. Especially with recent events leaving Eric to catch the sunlight, and since Warlowe is dead the blood that was taken from him is also done for. So Eric is off in another place alone when he comes out butt naked, and sits to read in the sunlight.
