I'm Total Scandal Trash

For those not aware I have completely let Scandal completely take over my life. I have not gotten this crazy over a show in a while, and it is so funny that it happened with Scandal. I was not the biggest fan of the show when it first aired, in fact I remember laughing at my friends for watching it. I remember going on about how I would never watch it, and that I couldn't stand it. Now I am slapping past me for not getting into this show sooner. I love everything about it and I can't get enough of it.

I am a huge fan of Shonda Rhimes and this show just makes me love her more. I seriously spend most of my time watching clips of the episodes that are my favorites, or watching cast interviews. I love everything about the show because not only is it a good watch, afterwards I sit there going "What did I just watch?" Hands down everytime after an episode I am left thinking about what just happened. That is how I like watching TV and I never want to stop watching it.

This show has me completely in a trance when there is a new episode on. It takes me pretty much all day on Thursday to prepare for the show. I get into the writing which is so damn good, I cannot even begin to describe it properly. It keeps you coming back for more. The romance of the show isn't all fluff and rainbows which I love. The whole relationship with Fitz and Olivia is so messed up but at the same time really cute. The Scandal writers are just amazing and I am always looking forward to what is coming next.

A lot of my time has been reading fanfiction for this show, watching the show, or just trying to get everyone I know into it too. So far none of my friends or family really want to give in, but I'm wearing them down. Once they watch an episode I just know they will be hooked like I was. I love all the character development from season one, and one of my favorites is Quinn. She went from shy and timid to a total badass.

The second half of season 5 has really stepped up the game and so many crazy intense things have happened. I cannot wait to watch the rest of the season. This show is partially why I have not posted much recently. I've just been super obsessed with the series, and then of course Tony Goldwyn, but I am going to get back to the swing of things. I hope you stick with my blog because I appreciate every single one of you.

Ship of the Week? Lizzington

Hello all and welcome to another Ship of the Week. Today we have the concierge of crime Raymond Reddington and FBI agent Elizabeth Keen. In the beginning it sort of seems like they are making it out like Red is Liz's father, but there I can see something else being there too. Especially in recent episode when she has a dream of Red asking her who she really wants, and he is totally checking out her bare legs, as she lay on that bed in that hotel room. Red is such a badass criminal and what makes him even more loveable is the fact that he has emotional damage that drive him to do what he does. He has lost so much, but he also loves a great deal and is very loyal, and expects loyalty in return. I love that about this character and think that James Spader plays Raymond Reddington perfectly. Plus he looks heck of cute in those suits, and hats *swoon.* Liz was married to a man named Tom Keen who we find out rather quickly is a total liar. He was placed in her life because of Redd...

Eric Northman and Sookie Stackhouse

Hello world, today the ship is going to be Eric Northman and Sookie Stackhouse from True Blood. Ever since the first season I had liked Eric more than Bill, and I thought his moments with Sookie were so real. Does that make sense? A lot has happened over the years, but when Eric and Sookie were finally a thing, or as close to a thing as they can get I was so happy. Of course it doesn't last long because it is always that never ending 'which man to choose' battle going on in her head. I am still holding out for a bit of hope that they end up together, but probably not. Especially with recent events leaving Eric to catch the sunlight, and since Warlowe is dead the blood that was taken from him is also done for. So Eric is off in another place alone when he comes out butt naked, and sits to read in the sunlight. I really did like this scene for multiple reasons, but it was a great scene because Eric thought he was safe, and that he could do what he wanted but that is not t...
