Necessary Roughness Finale Review

So I do not even know where to begin on talking about this episode. It started out with Dani telling Conor to make time to talk to her before getting on a plane out of the country. It then flashes to 72 hours earlier, and you see Dani waking up in bed. So at this point I was already hiding behind my pillow fangirling, and then seeing Nico standing in her kitchen talking on the phone put me over the top. The two shared a kiss in the kitchen before heading out to face reality, and leave their dome of happiness.

Dani and Nico went to see TK who was hanging out in a hyperbolic chamber trying to heal himself up with out doing the drugs he was going to get from V3. It was an amazing episode and I thought it went out very nicely. TK took tests given by all the team doctors to see if he was given the okay to play in the next game, which he was but Parnell told him that he would make a game day decision. There was a break up between him and Shera which I think all the fans saw coming, TK is a stand up guy and she just wanted a star husband. It was still really sad because TK really did love her in the end of it all. TK ends up playing in the big game against the Hawks and he is quickly taken out by Parnell because the guys keep going after his shoulder. So when there is only seconds left in the game TK tells coach that even if his season is over the rest of the teams shouldn't be. So they do a play where TK gets taken out and they Bobcats score the winning touchdown.

Dani and Nico are in happy bliss about them finally coming together, and then you find out who Alex Careles is. She is his wife, whom he tells Dani was just his wife to get out a situation they were both in. It was really sad Dani thinking that this man who she has been wanting for a long time lied to her. If any of you remember Dani asking Nico in season 1 about him being married, then her finally seeing the wife. They are divorced now, and she is gone out of the country now. Conor finds out who she really is and then gets caught on that Nico has been behind everything that was going wrong with V3. So Dani was really pissed with Nico to say the least and she just wanted to talk business with him.

Paloma located the missing baseball player Hutch, who left because he was doping and Conor told him not to worry about it.  So Dani went to New Jersey where he was hiding out and changed his name so that he would not be found. He told Dani all about what he knew about the drugs they had pumped into his system. Dani went to Nico and informed him that Hutch was his "smoking gun" and would talk to the Feds.

Finally Dani went to confront Conor about the drugs and what was really going on at V3. He admitted to everything, and when he asked what she wanted from  him she told him to put Hutch back on the team. So Conor made a call and said that Hutch was a free agent now and would be great on their team. Dani gave Conor the vile of medicine she had from the V3 Clinic and told Conor that was all she wanted, and he could leave. Conor stood at the plane for a while not getting on but staring at the vile in his hands. So Conor does have a soul after all.

So that ended that episode there was a really sweet Dani and Nico moment of course at the very end. Dani is packing to go visit her best friend Jenette in Barcelona and in walks Nico. He then starts to tell her his full name is Dominic Eugene Careles and he has a cat named Onyx. He was telling her all these things because Dani told him she could not be in a relationship with a man she didn't really know. So he really does care, and then they kiss and he tells her he turned down the job in Phoenix. The last scene is Dani and Nico at a plane, and Dani asks if he borrowed it from V3, but he tells her that is in fact his own plane. Nico has his own plane, the last thing he says is "Dani there are some things you need to know about me." Then that was the end to a great season.

I was very pleased with this season because it took more risks in the writing I thought, and it succeeded in every twist and turn. I am checking every so often to see if it get renewed, I really hope it does and I don't see why it wouldn't. So if you have not seen this show as of yet I really suggest that you do.

As always thanks for reading guys! Go out and try something new, or stay in and try something new! Have an awesome day.
Here is some Nico cuteness just for good measure.

Ship of the Week? Lizzington

Hello all and welcome to another Ship of the Week. Today we have the concierge of crime Raymond Reddington and FBI agent Elizabeth Keen. In the beginning it sort of seems like they are making it out like Red is Liz's father, but there I can see something else being there too. Especially in recent episode when she has a dream of Red asking her who she really wants, and he is totally checking out her bare legs, as she lay on that bed in that hotel room. Red is such a badass criminal and what makes him even more loveable is the fact that he has emotional damage that drive him to do what he does. He has lost so much, but he also loves a great deal and is very loyal, and expects loyalty in return. I love that about this character and think that James Spader plays Raymond Reddington perfectly. Plus he looks heck of cute in those suits, and hats *swoon.* Liz was married to a man named Tom Keen who we find out rather quickly is a total liar. He was placed in her life because of Redd...

Eric Northman and Sookie Stackhouse

Hello world, today the ship is going to be Eric Northman and Sookie Stackhouse from True Blood. Ever since the first season I had liked Eric more than Bill, and I thought his moments with Sookie were so real. Does that make sense? A lot has happened over the years, but when Eric and Sookie were finally a thing, or as close to a thing as they can get I was so happy. Of course it doesn't last long because it is always that never ending 'which man to choose' battle going on in her head. I am still holding out for a bit of hope that they end up together, but probably not. Especially with recent events leaving Eric to catch the sunlight, and since Warlowe is dead the blood that was taken from him is also done for. So Eric is off in another place alone when he comes out butt naked, and sits to read in the sunlight. I really did like this scene for multiple reasons, but it was a great scene because Eric thought he was safe, and that he could do what he wanted but that is not t...
