Remembering "Reba"

It's Sunday and you know what that means, a trip down memory lane. How many of you remember watching "Reba"? It was a great show that just brought laughter, and so many inside jokes.

The basic story is a single mother trying to raise her kids, helping out with her granddaughter, and dealing with her ex husband, his new wife, and new son. Family complication comedy always makes for a good time, and always has those lessons in the show that make you see that things are better on the other side.

There was something about this show that just instantly pulled me in, and I was younger when this show came out but I still watched every week. I had the hugest crush on Van, and thought he was just the greatest guy to walk the Earth. The lovely actress who played Reba's oldest daughter Cheyenne is now going to be on "Once Upon A Time" as the spunky mermaid Ariel.

Barbra Jean who was Brock's wife, and Reba's "best friend" was my favorite character. She was such a bubble head that she would say the funniest things, and be in the most awkward situations because of things she said. The show ended with a the family taking a picture, and Reba saying the line "We're survivors" and those who watched the show know that was the theme song. "I'm A Survivor" sung by Reba herself, and it was a great message. This show will always be one of the best in my opinion, and if you have not see it I highly recommend this show. Thanks as always for reading.

This Week in Port Charles "General Hospital" Update

So I have been catching up on "General Hospital" and let me tell you that it has been a crazy week in Port Charles. Everyone who is a fan of "General Hospital" or soap operas in general know that they always take the most drastic, yet obvious turns in the plot lines. I love all this intense drama, and lives being on the line, and all the baby drama of this show. Dante and Lulu now know that Connie is not really their child, and now Maxie and Spinelli want their child back. Lulu decided that she is going to sue them for custody of Connie. Let's just talk about this story line for a moment shall we? Legally it seems like the favor would land with Maxie and Spinelli since they are the real parents, but if Lulu goes and tells a judge all of the stuff Maxie has done then yeah that could cause some trouble. I really want to see Maxie and Spinelli, even though Dante and Lulu have wanted a baby so badly. Yes, they have bonded with the baby, and have prepared for rai...

Where Have I Been??

Hello readers. I have taken about a year away from writing on this blog and it has been a very interesting experience. I have gotten a new job which has consumed quite a bit of time, and I have started a new relationship which takes up the other half of my time. I do miss writing though about different shows and I cannot wait to get back into this. I am going to make this a part of my routine and try to get at least a few posts out a week.  I am super excited to talk the final season of Scandal and of course Grey's Anatomy. There are also some cool shows on Netflix that I have been waiting to discuss, and cannot wait. I hope that people will read the new stuff I am writing and enjoy it just as before.  Thank you all and remember...  ~Keep Dreaming and Scheming~

Ship of the Week? Lizzington

Hello all and welcome to another Ship of the Week. Today we have the concierge of crime Raymond Reddington and FBI agent Elizabeth Keen. In the beginning it sort of seems like they are making it out like Red is Liz's father, but there I can see something else being there too. Especially in recent episode when she has a dream of Red asking her who she really wants, and he is totally checking out her bare legs, as she lay on that bed in that hotel room. Red is such a badass criminal and what makes him even more loveable is the fact that he has emotional damage that drive him to do what he does. He has lost so much, but he also loves a great deal and is very loyal, and expects loyalty in return. I love that about this character and think that James Spader plays Raymond Reddington perfectly. Plus he looks heck of cute in those suits, and hats *swoon.* Liz was married to a man named Tom Keen who we find out rather quickly is a total liar. He was placed in her life because of Redd...
