The Walking Dead "Too Far Gone" After Thoughts

I am sorry that this post is so late today, and I will try to do better on putting things up earlier. Last nights episode of The Walking Dead was truly amazing, and I cannot believe the aftermath of the prison take down. We knew that the prison could not last forever, but the way it went out was something we wanted to see. It was an epic final showdown between Rick and the Governor, and boy oh boy did that final fight do them justice. The Governor was always going to go back to the prison, and when he found Lily, Meghan, and Tara he had a reason to go after it again, and that to him was all the reason he needed to kill all these people. The Governor has shown his real colors now to Tara, who is right on the frontline with him this whole time thinking of him as the man who saved them from the hole they were stuck in. Well now he has shown that he really does not have a soul because he killed Hershel. Yes, Hershel is gone and it was probably the saddest thing to watch. Maggie and Beth were there watching the whole thing, and it wasn't just a shot to the head either. The Governor got Michone's sword and cut Hershel's neck, and he was still moving along a bit but then the Governor got him and just decapitated the poor guy. I was sitting there shocked the whole rest of the episode because I could not process what I just saw. Then standing there watching him brutally kill this man was Lily holding Meghan's body close to her. I think that was when you sort of saw what humanity, and love was left in the Governor just leave his body. He grabbed Meghan out of her mother's arms and shot her in the head without hesitation, and that was just intense.

Meghan was playing in the mud while Lily was watching a walker drown in the water. The Governor had told them they would be safe there because the walkers couldn't make it through the water, but she watched to see if the walker would get them anyways. Meghan was playing the mud and a walker was hiding there and when she picked up a heavy sign that he was under, it got her and bit her. Lily was not fast enough to save her daughter, and then she took her to Brian. Man this whole episode was just a huge emotional mess, even for the Governor because all he wanted was a family. Yes he was a bad man who kill Hershel, and ruined lives but still it was sad seeing him just lose everything once and for all.

Daryl had a cool move where he used a walker as a body shield and threw a grenade at the enemies. Daryl is such a bad ass, and he shot Mitch right in the chest with this crossbow. Tyreese was under a lot of fire, and who came to his rescue? Lizzie and the other kids with guns. Carol taught them right, and Rick didn't want the kids to learn about it. This proved that these kids have what it takes to survive out there in this world, and the shot Lizzie delivered to Alisha's head was perfect. I thought it was the best shot of the night. Carol would be very proud of her girls if she was there to see them. Rick had a fist fight with the Governor, and it was pretty brutal. Rick got some great hits in, and this is why I thought the death of the Governor was done well. Rick got to get some punches in, and then when the Governor was strangling the life out of Rick, Michone came in and stabbed him in the chest. I thought Michone was going to finish him off but then she just leaves him there, and part of me was like "NO! What are you doing? Someone is going to save him." Then Lily came out of nowhere and just shot him right in the head, and they showed the king chess piece and a walker stepping on it. The fall of the Governor happened in a way that I thought gave justice to the whole story.

Now the whole group is separated, and they don't really know who is alive at this point. A group left on the bus, Maggie was with Bob and Sasha, Tyreese was with the kids, Michone just left, and Rick was with Carl. We just don't know where they are going to go, or what is going to happen. Something happened to Judith and we don't know if she is alive or dead. There was a lot of blood in that car seat so we just will have to wait and see if someone grabbed her. The season returns February 9 to AMC. Thank you for reading.

Keep Dreaming and Scheming! Till Next Time!

Ship of the Week? Lizzington

Hello all and welcome to another Ship of the Week. Today we have the concierge of crime Raymond Reddington and FBI agent Elizabeth Keen. In the beginning it sort of seems like they are making it out like Red is Liz's father, but there I can see something else being there too. Especially in recent episode when she has a dream of Red asking her who she really wants, and he is totally checking out her bare legs, as she lay on that bed in that hotel room. Red is such a badass criminal and what makes him even more loveable is the fact that he has emotional damage that drive him to do what he does. He has lost so much, but he also loves a great deal and is very loyal, and expects loyalty in return. I love that about this character and think that James Spader plays Raymond Reddington perfectly. Plus he looks heck of cute in those suits, and hats *swoon.* Liz was married to a man named Tom Keen who we find out rather quickly is a total liar. He was placed in her life because of Redd...

This Week in Port Charles "General Hospital" Update

So I have been catching up on "General Hospital" and let me tell you that it has been a crazy week in Port Charles. Everyone who is a fan of "General Hospital" or soap operas in general know that they always take the most drastic, yet obvious turns in the plot lines. I love all this intense drama, and lives being on the line, and all the baby drama of this show. Dante and Lulu now know that Connie is not really their child, and now Maxie and Spinelli want their child back. Lulu decided that she is going to sue them for custody of Connie. Let's just talk about this story line for a moment shall we? Legally it seems like the favor would land with Maxie and Spinelli since they are the real parents, but if Lulu goes and tells a judge all of the stuff Maxie has done then yeah that could cause some trouble. I really want to see Maxie and Spinelli, even though Dante and Lulu have wanted a baby so badly. Yes, they have bonded with the baby, and have prepared for rai...

Pretty Little Liars: Ali Back in Rosewood

I was late watching the new episode of Pretty Little Liars because I have been watching a lot of General Hospital the last few days. I like that Ali is back in Rosewood because now we are going to see a whole other thing start to happen. Now that Shanna is no more they think they are safe, but Ali gets a text that lets her know it is far from over. So while Ali is about to tell Hollbrook everything that happened she comes up with this fake story about how she was kidnapped and what not. Jason is acting very strange these days and it is freaking me out. He basically threatened Hanna and Emily when they left Ali's house one night and they were talking about an e-mail on Mrs. D's computer that read 'I can't protect you anymore.' I am thinking that went to Jason, could he be the one who hit Ali with that rock? Mona is back in Mikes life which is getting to Aria especially since she heard Ali's side of the story. That Mona had been in on the whole A thing all alo...
