Grey's Anatomy: After Thoughts

I was kind of pissed by the end of Grey's last night if I'm being honest. I thought that Burke would come in and swoop Christina off her feet and want her back, but turns out he was married with kids. Good for Burke though he did want that life, but he was too consumed with his work to allow himself to have it. He tells all that to Christina, saying their love was so consuming but then he offered her his job. He didn't want her to work for him because it would destroy his marriage, but he wanted her to take over for him. At this hospital it was everything Christina wanted, it was like Burke built this place specifically for her, and now she is going to be running it. She will be doing the research she's always wanted to be doing, and she will be living in Switzerland. I really liked when Meredith was picking her up a the airport and Meredith just knew that something was up, and she said "You're leaving."

I liked what else was happening in the episode, but I was mostly focused on the whole Christina part of the show. Derek is trying to get Amy to stay longer and work with him at the hospital, especially after the surgery they performed. Twins that were joined at the head, and sharing a brain came in and Derek's twin didn't make it. Amy's twin did and they all thought it would be the other way around, but it was not. I like Amy, mostly because I like seeing the chemistry between her and Derek. Alex is loving his new job, all the while his lady love is having a hell of a time now on her own and feeling overwhelmed at the hospital. Weber has not made things easy for Jackson since Yang lost that award, and he has been very upfront about it. April finally has a enough of it and calls Weber about how it was his relationship with Jackson's Mom that got the Harper Avery Foundation involved with the hospital in the first place, and she lets him have it. I was just sitting on the couch with my mouth hung open because I did not expect that form April. Then again she is pregnant and having to figure out her own feelings about her husband right now, so she is a little stressed out. They have a cute moment in the Church when he says he will go to Church with her and their child every Sunday as long as they get waffles after. It was really sweet to see.

Overall it was a good episode and next week we will see what Christina is going to tell Owen about her leaving. Should be very interesting. Thank you all for reading.

Eric Northman and Sookie Stackhouse

Hello world, today the ship is going to be Eric Northman and Sookie Stackhouse from True Blood. Ever since the first season I had liked Eric more than Bill, and I thought his moments with Sookie were so real. Does that make sense? A lot has happened over the years, but when Eric and Sookie were finally a thing, or as close to a thing as they can get I was so happy. Of course it doesn't last long because it is always that never ending 'which man to choose' battle going on in her head. I am still holding out for a bit of hope that they end up together, but probably not. Especially with recent events leaving Eric to catch the sunlight, and since Warlowe is dead the blood that was taken from him is also done for. So Eric is off in another place alone when he comes out butt naked, and sits to read in the sunlight. I really did like this scene for multiple reasons, but it was a great scene because Eric thought he was safe, and that he could do what he wanted but that is not t...

Ship of the Week? Lizzington

Hello all and welcome to another Ship of the Week. Today we have the concierge of crime Raymond Reddington and FBI agent Elizabeth Keen. In the beginning it sort of seems like they are making it out like Red is Liz's father, but there I can see something else being there too. Especially in recent episode when she has a dream of Red asking her who she really wants, and he is totally checking out her bare legs, as she lay on that bed in that hotel room. Red is such a badass criminal and what makes him even more loveable is the fact that he has emotional damage that drive him to do what he does. He has lost so much, but he also loves a great deal and is very loyal, and expects loyalty in return. I love that about this character and think that James Spader plays Raymond Reddington perfectly. Plus he looks heck of cute in those suits, and hats *swoon.* Liz was married to a man named Tom Keen who we find out rather quickly is a total liar. He was placed in her life because of Redd...
