Movie Pick: Rock of Ages

I went shopping on Black Friday and was overjoyed when I saw that they had Rock of Ages on sale. I went and saw this movie when it came out in theaters, and just fell in love with it. Rock music is my favorite genre and rock is what my parents played in our house when I was growing up, and I just couldn't not fall in love with the music. Plus seeing Tom Cruise in leather pants with tattoos, singing "Pour Some Sugar On Me" is always a great thing.

This movie is about rock n' roll, and about following your dreams, and your heart. Sherrie is a girl who goes to LA looking for her shot, but ends up falling in love with a guy named Drew who worked at the Bourbon. Stacee Jaxx is the rock legend that all women want, and all men want to be. After a misunderstanding Drew and Sherrie part ways, and he joins a boy band. It was so dorky but really funny to see. Then of course they had their happy ending.

It is a good movie full of great music, and hilarious moments of joy. This movie is of course based off a stage production, and Chris Hardwick had played Stacee Jaxx before, and a YouTuber I really like Chester See is playing Stacee Jaxx. I love the character of Stacee because he is just hot, and when he sings you can see why women throw themselves at him. I love this movie and the cast, and the music so much. I really recommend this movie because it is funny, smart, entertaining, and just fun.

Thank you for reading this post, and I hope you go and enjoy this movie.

Ship of the Week? Lizzington

Hello all and welcome to another Ship of the Week. Today we have the concierge of crime Raymond Reddington and FBI agent Elizabeth Keen. In the beginning it sort of seems like they are making it out like Red is Liz's father, but there I can see something else being there too. Especially in recent episode when she has a dream of Red asking her who she really wants, and he is totally checking out her bare legs, as she lay on that bed in that hotel room. Red is such a badass criminal and what makes him even more loveable is the fact that he has emotional damage that drive him to do what he does. He has lost so much, but he also loves a great deal and is very loyal, and expects loyalty in return. I love that about this character and think that James Spader plays Raymond Reddington perfectly. Plus he looks heck of cute in those suits, and hats *swoon.* Liz was married to a man named Tom Keen who we find out rather quickly is a total liar. He was placed in her life because of Redd...

This Week in Port Charles "General Hospital" Update

So I have been catching up on "General Hospital" and let me tell you that it has been a crazy week in Port Charles. Everyone who is a fan of "General Hospital" or soap operas in general know that they always take the most drastic, yet obvious turns in the plot lines. I love all this intense drama, and lives being on the line, and all the baby drama of this show. Dante and Lulu now know that Connie is not really their child, and now Maxie and Spinelli want their child back. Lulu decided that she is going to sue them for custody of Connie. Let's just talk about this story line for a moment shall we? Legally it seems like the favor would land with Maxie and Spinelli since they are the real parents, but if Lulu goes and tells a judge all of the stuff Maxie has done then yeah that could cause some trouble. I really want to see Maxie and Spinelli, even though Dante and Lulu have wanted a baby so badly. Yes, they have bonded with the baby, and have prepared for rai...

Pretty Little Liars: Ali Back in Rosewood

I was late watching the new episode of Pretty Little Liars because I have been watching a lot of General Hospital the last few days. I like that Ali is back in Rosewood because now we are going to see a whole other thing start to happen. Now that Shanna is no more they think they are safe, but Ali gets a text that lets her know it is far from over. So while Ali is about to tell Hollbrook everything that happened she comes up with this fake story about how she was kidnapped and what not. Jason is acting very strange these days and it is freaking me out. He basically threatened Hanna and Emily when they left Ali's house one night and they were talking about an e-mail on Mrs. D's computer that read 'I can't protect you anymore.' I am thinking that went to Jason, could he be the one who hit Ali with that rock? Mona is back in Mikes life which is getting to Aria especially since she heard Ali's side of the story. That Mona had been in on the whole A thing all alo...
