Person of the Week: Chloe Bennet

Happy Tuesday everyone I hope that you are enjoying your days so far. If not I hope that while you're reading this you decide to have a great day. Did that make sense? Probably not, but I try. Moving on with this post about me telling you why Chloe Bennet has quickly become one of my favorite people.

First off she is kick ass on Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D as hacker genius Skye, but did you know that Chloe also had a pop hit in China? Yeah I was blown away too, and when I listened to the song I quickly added it to my playlist and listen to it while I write. The hit was called "Uh Oh" and sure it doesn't have the best dancing, but the song is catchy, and I enjoyed it. The song has an English and Chinese version, but I really like the Chinese version. You may also recall seeing her on Nashville. The fact that she was so young when she did this, and learned another language and followed through is what is cool.

She is very talented at what she does, and I am so glad that she is now apart of the Marvel Universe. She is only 22 years old and to see what she has done makes me hopeful for not just me, but a bunch of other kids, especially young girls who may be struggling. She has mentioned often how big of a fan she is of Marvel and a lot of the time girls feel like that is still just a boys thing. It isn't and seeing characters like Skye, May, Simmons, Mockingbird, and countless others kicking ass is something that always made me think I can do anything. Now before this turns into a girls and boys can like whatever makes them happy post let's take it back.

Chloe had mentioned in her Jimmy Kimmel interview that her number one celebrity crush is Benedict Cumberbatch, and can I just say that I completely agree. Also number two being Jimmy Kimmel, and third being Gordon Ramsay. I laughed so hard watching that interview because that is how a lot of my lists go, they just vary to anyone I find awesome. My youngest sister also is a huge fan of Skye, and now says she wants to be like her. So thanks Chloe Bennet for being a role model to my sister instead of her just following her friends whom I am not too fond of.

Okay that is my post for the morning, and I hope you liked it. I have gotten it up before noon my time which is a big progress for me. Thank you for reading and checking in everyday, you guys are amazing.

P.S don't forget to tune in tonight for the mid-season finale of Marvel's Agent's of S.H.I.E.L.D it is going to change my life forever I just know it. Dramatic I know, but it's what I do.

Ship of the Week? Lizzington

Hello all and welcome to another Ship of the Week. Today we have the concierge of crime Raymond Reddington and FBI agent Elizabeth Keen. In the beginning it sort of seems like they are making it out like Red is Liz's father, but there I can see something else being there too. Especially in recent episode when she has a dream of Red asking her who she really wants, and he is totally checking out her bare legs, as she lay on that bed in that hotel room. Red is such a badass criminal and what makes him even more loveable is the fact that he has emotional damage that drive him to do what he does. He has lost so much, but he also loves a great deal and is very loyal, and expects loyalty in return. I love that about this character and think that James Spader plays Raymond Reddington perfectly. Plus he looks heck of cute in those suits, and hats *swoon.* Liz was married to a man named Tom Keen who we find out rather quickly is a total liar. He was placed in her life because of Redd...

This Week in Port Charles "General Hospital" Update

So I have been catching up on "General Hospital" and let me tell you that it has been a crazy week in Port Charles. Everyone who is a fan of "General Hospital" or soap operas in general know that they always take the most drastic, yet obvious turns in the plot lines. I love all this intense drama, and lives being on the line, and all the baby drama of this show. Dante and Lulu now know that Connie is not really their child, and now Maxie and Spinelli want their child back. Lulu decided that she is going to sue them for custody of Connie. Let's just talk about this story line for a moment shall we? Legally it seems like the favor would land with Maxie and Spinelli since they are the real parents, but if Lulu goes and tells a judge all of the stuff Maxie has done then yeah that could cause some trouble. I really want to see Maxie and Spinelli, even though Dante and Lulu have wanted a baby so badly. Yes, they have bonded with the baby, and have prepared for rai...

Eric Northman and Sookie Stackhouse

Hello world, today the ship is going to be Eric Northman and Sookie Stackhouse from True Blood. Ever since the first season I had liked Eric more than Bill, and I thought his moments with Sookie were so real. Does that make sense? A lot has happened over the years, but when Eric and Sookie were finally a thing, or as close to a thing as they can get I was so happy. Of course it doesn't last long because it is always that never ending 'which man to choose' battle going on in her head. I am still holding out for a bit of hope that they end up together, but probably not. Especially with recent events leaving Eric to catch the sunlight, and since Warlowe is dead the blood that was taken from him is also done for. So Eric is off in another place alone when he comes out butt naked, and sits to read in the sunlight. I really did like this scene for multiple reasons, but it was a great scene because Eric thought he was safe, and that he could do what he wanted but that is not t...
