Killing Kennedy After Thoughts

This is going to be a short post, but my thoughts on this JFK special was that it was just fantastic. I thought that it was a great job done by the whole cast, and it does not matter how well you know the story it is still shocking to hear, and see. I am a huge fan of shows related to politics, and I especially love conspiracy theories. I feel that they are so entertaining seeing the points of view of other people, and I think that it good to get your brain moving while watching TV. It was very interesting to see how Lee Harvey Oswald saw things and the way he thought the world to be. Ginny Goodwin did a fantastic job playing Jacqueline Kennedy, and Rob Lowe was great playing President Kennedy. When the scene came on where she loses her son Patrick only after having him for two days, it was so emotional and she pulled it off with grace. Rob Lowe has such an amazing voice to pull of JFK, and he did a good job pulling off his role. Oswald is a wanted man by the FBI, and seeing that whole investigation going on is just interesting to me. This was a very emotional special, but I think that it was one of the best. The assassination scene was the craziest because it looked so real, and the emotion coming from Ginny Goodwin throughout the scene was so real. The acting in here I cannot stress enough how great it was because this was and still is a very traumatic thing to happen in the United States. Then when they are transporting Oswald you see him get shot by Jack Ruby, and it was so crazy. This man who believed that what he was doing was so right got shot for doing it, and then had a funeral only attended by his wife and daughters. Everything about this piece of history is traumatic, and the end of it was just great. The ending of this movie special had a nice little montage of footage with the actual John F. Kennedy which just made it that much greater. If you missed the special I am sure that you will be able to catch it again, and I suggest that you do. Thank you as always for reading.

Where Have I Been??

Hello readers. I have taken about a year away from writing on this blog and it has been a very interesting experience. I have gotten a new job which has consumed quite a bit of time, and I have started a new relationship which takes up the other half of my time. I do miss writing though about different shows and I cannot wait to get back into this. I am going to make this a part of my routine and try to get at least a few posts out a week.  I am super excited to talk the final season of Scandal and of course Grey's Anatomy. There are also some cool shows on Netflix that I have been waiting to discuss, and cannot wait. I hope that people will read the new stuff I am writing and enjoy it just as before.  Thank you all and remember...  ~Keep Dreaming and Scheming~

Ship of the Week: Jack Harkness and Ianto Jones

Those of you who have been following me for a while will know that I am totally in love with the love between Jack and Ianto. Their ship name being Janto is adorable, and the way they look together just makes me smile with joy. Of course that joy is overtaken with sadness when something terrible happens, and my smile is traded for tears. Captain Jack Harkness is not gay or bi he simply likes everyone. If the person or even robot is attractive is up for it. Jack is a huge flirt and very open about what he likes, and his charm makes him pretty irresistible. When we meet Jack he is charming Rose and just the introduction of his name is all it takes to make some swoon. Ianto was introduced in Torchwood the spin off series to Doctor Who . Ianto was referred to as coffee boy and I was super in love with him. Then I saw him with Jack and that was that. The first moment when they got close to each other's face and I was pretty much screaming into my pillow. The two had such an ador...
