Castle Quick Post

This is an immediate reaction to tonight's episode of Castle. It was so emotional tonight guys, and I will admit that I cried when Ryan saw his baby for the first time. This episode was intense and had a lot of great moments. Ryan and Espisito caught in a building, and then almost dying! That was insane and there was just a wave of emotion that hit when you heard Kevin saying he wants to name his first born son Javier. The hilarious touch to the show still very present even in that intense moment, Espo says "Javier...You want to name a white Irish kid Javier."

From the start I sort of figured it was an inside job, only because it usually is. The victim turned out to be apart of the FDNY and was chasing this arsonist for five years. It was a good story but toward the middle when you find out that he spent time in the buildings so much before he burned them, I thought that it would be suspicious unless it was his job to be doing stuff like that. This episode just felt like a filler to me, but only case wise. The whole story with Ryan and Espisito being trapped and almost dying was so well done by the writers and the actors.

Jenny comes to see what is going on at the scene after she gets off the phone with Beckett. She is in labor and going to have the baby any minute, and poor Ryan is stuck inside that burning building. Jenny tells Beckett that if Kevin is going to die then this is where she needs to be, she refuses to go to a hospital. Being the smart men they are the guys figure out a way to make a phone call to Beckett, and then Ryan talks to Jenny. That is when he tells her that he wants their son to be named Javier or if they have a girl Sarah Grace after her mother. It was very emotional especially after the call gets dropped and we see Espisito pass out from lack of oxygen. They show a scene where both guys are passed out and Ryan is on the ground, but of course the gang comes through and figures out who is the arsonist, and how to get out of that basement.

Both guys were completely fine, and the best moment came when Kevin Ryan kisses his wife and see's his new born baby girl. Yes, they had a baby girl. Jenny tells him; "Kevin meet Sarah Grace." It was a very sweet moment and I cried a bit, I thought it was a perfect end to the episode. Next week we get a visit from Rick's dad again, only nobody knows it is his father but him. I am very interested in seeing how that all goes down for Rick. Tune in next week to find out!

Eric Northman and Sookie Stackhouse

Hello world, today the ship is going to be Eric Northman and Sookie Stackhouse from True Blood. Ever since the first season I had liked Eric more than Bill, and I thought his moments with Sookie were so real. Does that make sense? A lot has happened over the years, but when Eric and Sookie were finally a thing, or as close to a thing as they can get I was so happy. Of course it doesn't last long because it is always that never ending 'which man to choose' battle going on in her head. I am still holding out for a bit of hope that they end up together, but probably not. Especially with recent events leaving Eric to catch the sunlight, and since Warlowe is dead the blood that was taken from him is also done for. So Eric is off in another place alone when he comes out butt naked, and sits to read in the sunlight. I really did like this scene for multiple reasons, but it was a great scene because Eric thought he was safe, and that he could do what he wanted but that is not t...

Ship of the Week? Lizzington

Hello all and welcome to another Ship of the Week. Today we have the concierge of crime Raymond Reddington and FBI agent Elizabeth Keen. In the beginning it sort of seems like they are making it out like Red is Liz's father, but there I can see something else being there too. Especially in recent episode when she has a dream of Red asking her who she really wants, and he is totally checking out her bare legs, as she lay on that bed in that hotel room. Red is such a badass criminal and what makes him even more loveable is the fact that he has emotional damage that drive him to do what he does. He has lost so much, but he also loves a great deal and is very loyal, and expects loyalty in return. I love that about this character and think that James Spader plays Raymond Reddington perfectly. Plus he looks heck of cute in those suits, and hats *swoon.* Liz was married to a man named Tom Keen who we find out rather quickly is a total liar. He was placed in her life because of Redd...
